CEO
Robert (Bobby) Wayne Stout, a dedicated professional with a diversified career spanning across various sectors, is seeking a challenging position where he can leverage his leadership skills and managerial experience. With a comprehensive career at companies such as HEB, LLC, Inet Technologies/Tektronix Corporation, and InterVoice, he has managed operations and directed strategic and tactical plans across multiple domestic and international locations. Stout has an exceptional track record of cultivating relationships with both existing and new customers and vendors.
Stout's career commenced in 1970 in the United States Air Force, where he served as a Cryptographic Computer Engineer, holding a Top Secret Security Clearance. Following his military career, Stout held a series of positions at Honeywell Corporation, including District Manager for Field Service Operations. Subsequently, Stout held executive roles such as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Operations for various companies, including HEB, LLC, Inet Technologies/Tektronix Corporation, and InterVoice, managing corporate subsidiaries, strategic planning, and facilitating acquisitions. He has vast experience in the telecommunications industry, overseeing global operations and customer support centers. Throughout his career, Stout has exhibited commitment to community service, including serving on the board of various organizations and participating in charitable activities.
Thomas Duszynski
CFO
Thomas Duszynski currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Alternative Materials Holdings, LLC. He earned a BS in Accounting, from the University of Illinois, in 1977 and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1979. Mr. Duszynski practiced public accountancy as an employee, partner and sole proprietor at various accounting firms until 1997. In 1997 Mr. Duszynski co-founded Augustine Capital Management, LLC, which managed investments in public and private emerging companies. In 2016 he joined Kingdom Resources, as Chief Financial Officer
Jake Blubaugh
COO
Jake Blubaugh currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of Alternative Materials Holdings LLC. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and graduated from the Petroleum Land Practices Certificate Program, Neely School of Business, Texas Christian University. Mr. Blubaugh started working as a Landman in 2007 and has extensive knowledge in the land and title business servicing the oil and Gas industry eventually owning and operating several land services companies. Since 2015 Mr. Blubaugh oversees the performance of the aggregate operations (limestone/asphalt/ CKD/fill operations). Mr. Blubaugh develops standards in line with best practices and operational excellence, provides analyses of daily reporting data, monitors daily performance of quality and customer satisfaction, a safe working culture for all employees and provides leadership and direction to the operations team.

Co-founder of HOWARD ENGINEERING & GEOLOGY, INC. PROFESSIONAL, NOV. 1988 to present duties include Oversee all phases of mine layout, design, equipment selection, preparation materials handling and disposal, reserve evaluation, property management, reclamation permitting and regulatory agency consulting. Mr. Howard graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering in 1984. In his 36 years of experience Mr. Howard has worked for many energy companies and wide range of projects qualifying him a one the top ranked engineers in Kentucky. He is a member of all the professional organizations and is a Certified Professional Engineer in Kentucky, Virginia and Tennessee.

Mr. Howard graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science in Geology in May 1985. In his 35 years of experience Mr. Howard has proved to be the top ranked geologists in Kentucky. He is a member of all the professional organizations and is a Certified Geologist in Kentucky and Tennessee.
